The Food Works SW is managed by the Food and Drink Forum, a UK wide not-for-profit membership organisation.

The Forum has been providing industry expertise and  technical support to businesses at all stages of their journeys from early stage food and drink producers to established manufacturers.

What we do:

    We operate three purpose-built food parks in Nottingham, Leicester and Weston-super-Mare.

  • Facilities

    Meeting/conference room hire and fully equipped test kitchen facilities available for sessional hire

  • Membership

    Our Business Membership provides small producers and established manufacturers access to the knowledge and expertise they need to build for success.

    Our Associate Membership scheme is for suppliers of high-quality professional services, ingredients and equipment that we endorse, and recommend to our Business Members.

  • Support

    Our experienced and highly qualified Technical Team have supported hundreds of food and drink businesses to create safe, high quality products for a range of markets.

    As a not-for-profit organisation, our Technical Team are highly regarded and have developed a well-deserved reputation for unbiased and ethical support.
