RSPH Level 2 Award in Understanding HACCP focuses on how food businesses identify and control food safety risks. This course helps you understand how to build and apply a food safety management system in real life. It is perfect for food business owners, supervisors, and anyone responsible for food safety systems.

Event details:

Venue: The Food WorksSW, Whirlwind Rd, Weston-super-Mare BS24 8EF

Parking/Transport Info: We have free on-site parking and we are a 20 minute walk away from Weston Milton Train Station.

Food and Drink: We will be offering lunch and refreshments so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Photography: We will also have content being captured on the day so please let us know if you are not happy with your image being taken.

This event is being funded by The West of England Food and Drink Support Initiative (details below). For eligibility criteria, please see below.

Eligibility for a discounted ticket £10:

Food/Drink manufacturers based in the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire areas. This scheme is open to start ups, micro and small and medium sized enterprises.

If you are outside the areas then you will be charged £30 for a ticket.

The West of England Food and Drink Support Initiative (WoEFDSI) is open to food producers, manufacturers, hospitality and food service businesses based in the area to help with technical and food development challenges faced by the businesses. Funded by the West of England Councils, West of England Combined Authority and North Somerset Council and being provided by the Future Food Partnership CIC through The Food WorksSW.
