An introduction to the use of starches, fibres and proteins in existing and new product development across various sectors. This will also include a demonstration.
Ulrick & Short will be on site at the Food Works for the day with a seminar and drop in sessions to talk about how different starches, fibres and proteins can be used in your recipes and product range.
There are 2 opportunities to attend the seminar throughout the day: 10am – 11am, then repeated 2pm – 3pm. In between the talks there will be a drop-in session available to go through any questions or queries from 11am – 2pm.

I.T.S. will be at the Food Works to present a seminar about functional ingredients. I.T.S. champion the message of A Braver Flavour and work with food and drink brands to get the most out of flavour. The hours seminar will help your business to develop recipes and ideas for future products. The I.T.S. team will share formulation tips, flavour trend concepts, sugar reduction techniques and a whole lot more. Following the seminar, there will be an opportunity to tour the Food Works site and discuss your business with the technical team.
